Ask for prayer

We believe that prayer is powerful and can change lives. If you have a need or know someone who would appreciate prayer then please use our contact form. Please note you do not need to give an email or phone number unless you would like someone to contact you. If you are interested in learning more about God and what the church has to offer please mention this in your request.

The Town Centre
In our business practices, please pray for care in relationship and practice, provision of good service and for equality in work environments.

Please pray also for our councillors and members of parliament and that God's voice would be heard as they meet and plan.

Please pray also for our Police Force as they provide a service in often difficult circumstances.

The Prayer Wall
At the Churches Together meeting in June 2005 the Prayer Wall was made part of Churches Together in Macclesfield.

The Prayer wall was started some five and a half years ago now and now we have approximately 35 people praying on it. The idea is that the week is divided into the number of hours and we ask people to take the same hourly slot at the same time each week in which to pray for the town. We provide a prayer bulletin to help and meet up occasionally. There are Prayer Walls throughout the country in many of the major cities and smaller towns where God has laid it on the hearts of different Christians to set up a prayer wall. We are wanting to extend the Prayer Wall to the Borough and there are now prayer walls in Poynton and Knutsford we hope that Wilmslow, Bollington and Alderley Edge will soon join us.

‘On your walls O Jerusalem, I have appointed watchmen,
All day and night they will never keep silent.’
Isaiah 62v6
